June 2025
In 2025 for the ‘No Bounds’ festival, I was asked to showcase one of the Sheffield VeRse projects in the Igloo space. The project ‘Aftermath’ was part of the series of poems we produced as 360 videos for the Sheffield VeRse project. This was performed by Genevince Carter and was based on the Hope Works venue, which linked really well with the No Bounds festival as the founder used to run the club nights at the Hope Works venue itself.
This had to be remastered to fit the Igloo space as the footage has been shot back in 2017 on older technology. I used AI technology - Topaz Labs to upscale the footage enough to ensure it was optimised for the space. I also worked very closely with the technicians at the IoT (Institute of Technology) who managed the Igloo to ensure the piece was developed enough to fit the space.
I also worked on developing a showreel for the space that brought together all the other projects being shown in the Igloo, which was shown at the VIP event of the festival to industry members.
The festival allowed me to work alongside a high profile industry partner Treatment Studios who were also displaying content within the space.
